Refunds are available for services purchased directly from HostBotics under the following conditions:

• Shared Hosting & VPS Plans: If you cancel your hosting plan within 30 days of the initial purchase, we will issue a full refund. After this 30-day period, no refunds will be provided.
• Domain Registrations: Refunds for domain registrations are not available, as domain name purchases are non-refundable after the registration process is complete.
• Renewals: Payments for services renewed after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. You will need to provide your account details and reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the request.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Setup fees for custom configurations.
• Overdue charges or penalties incurred due to non-payment.
• Any fees related to domain registrations or third-party services that cannot be refunded.

4. Cancellation

To cancel a service and receive a refund within the 30-day period, you must officially cancel the service via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services due to violation of our terms of service, abuse, or fraudulent activities. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
